• This home is exclusively staffed, managed, and maintained by Inspirato.

• This residence is located a short walk from the nearest ski lift.
• Please note this home does not have air conditioning, but cool temperatures in Big Sky will keep this home at a pleasant temperature.
• Please note that access to the Spanish Peaks Clubhouse is optional and includes a flat rate fee of $350. If you choose to not pay for access, availability for dining and all clubhouse amenities will not be available for use during your stay. Please contact your Care team or Destination planner for further details.
• The Spanish Peaks Mountain Club clubhouse offers complimentary valet parking for your car. 
• From mid-April to mid-June and from mid-September to mid-December, many of the restaurants and shops located in the local villages and surrounding activities may be closed or unavailable. Please be sure to check with your Care team to confirm availability during your planned visit.
• The internet connectivity in this home has been rated good.

Additional Information:

• Cancellation policy: The Standard Inspirato Cancellation Policy applies for this property. Please note the Peak Reservation policy applies for Christmas and New Year's weeks and certain other travel dates.
• Maximum occupancy: Up to four additional guests are permitted over the stated occupancy. Additional guests are accommodated utilizing existing bedding in the queen bunk room for no additional cost.
• Pet policy: No pets allowed.
