General Information and Travel Insurance

All cancellations are subject to your Reservation and Use Rules, which can be found in the Details section of your account on Inspirato.com. Inspirato recommends you purchase travel insurance for any non-refundable portions of your trip e.g., lodging, flights, activities, etc. as well as post-departure coverages such as emergency medical and evacuation expenses, property damage and car rental collision coverage. Travelex Insurance’s Inspirato policy offers blanket coverage for up to 8 people and can be cancelled without penalty up to 21 days after purchase, as long as you have not left on your trip or filed a claim. Please note, U.S. domestic health insurance policies typically do not provide coverage in foreign countries.*

Standard Inspirato Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation options apply to Inspirato Club reservations for Inspirato Residences subject to the Standard Inspirato Cancellation Policy (as indicated under “Things to Know” on the individual residence page on inspirato.com) (“Eligible Residences”) for the indicated timeframes. Under the Standard Inspirato Cancellation Policy, you always receive a refund of the taxes and fees you paid for your reservation. In addition, we will issue a refund equal to a percentage of the vacation subtotal applicable to your trip, in the form of cash or Inspirato Travel Credits, all as indicated in the applicable table. Cash refund options apply only to amounts paid for the reservation by ACH or credit card; amounts paid for the reservation with Inspirato Travel Credits or Travel Perks will be refunded in the form of original payment. Inspirato Travel Credits issued as a cancellation refund can be used to reserve Inspirato vacations up to three years from the issuance date.

In addition to the Standard Inspirato Cancellation Policy, selected types of Inspirato Club reservations are subject to trip-specific cancellation policies, as follows:

JauntNow JauntNow trips that are booked thirty-one (31) or more days before the check-in date are subject to the Standard Inspirato Cancellation Policy.

JauntNow trips that are booked thirty (30) or fewer days before the check-in date are non-refundable.
Jaunt52 The Standard Inspirato Cancellation Policy applies.
JauntLiving

For JauntLiving trips that are cancelled one hundred and twenty (120) days or more prior to the check-in date, 60% of the total amount is refundable in the form of Travel Credits.

For JauntLiving trips that are cancelled from sixty-one (61) to one hundred and nineteen (119) days prior to the check-in date, 30% of the total amount is refundable in the form of Travel Credits.

Jaunt Living trips that are cancelled sixty (60) or fewer days prior to the check-in date are non-refundable.

JauntLiving trips canceled within two days of the initial reservation date are eligible for a 100% cash refund.

Inspirato Only Experiences

Within three business days of booking, cancel for a full refund. After three business days, reservations are non-refundable unless Inspirato is able to resell the package.

If the package is resold, the Inspirato member will receive 90% back in Travel Credits. If applicable, this would be refunded four business days after the package is resold. If there is a waitlist for the package type, the reservation is not canceled in the member’s account until the waitlist is notified and a package is resold. Reservations may be canceled at no charge if there is no waitlist and the package will be released on Inspirato.com.
