If you fly into Milan-Malpensa Airport (MXP), Milan's major international hub, you will be located roughly 25 miles from Casa Baglioni Milan. Linate Airport (LIN) is only four miles away, but please note that this much smaller facility generally serves European destinations only. From the airport, you can take a Malpensa Express train and arrive at Milan Cadorna railway station in about 30–40 minutes. This station is just a five-minute taxi ride from your hotel. Your concierge can arrange private transportation from the airport, as well.
We do not recommend driving in Milan. Traffic is intense, parking is scarce, and there are fees applied to driving in certain areas of the city. Instead, we suggest exploring by foot, as many top attractions are close to each other and there are many pedestrian-only streets. Alternatively, the famed tram system and far-reaching Metro System are good for getting around. Taxis are abundant but expensive.
