Mexico City sits at 7,382 feet above sea level and enjoys a fairly temperate climate year-round. The temperature hovers around 70 degrees most of the year, but can dip into the 40s in the evenings, especially in the winter months. The best time to visit is March through May when weather tends to be warm and dry. May to October are rainier than average, though there will still often be entire days of sunshine.
