Complimentary Premium Trips travel is an “Additional Opportunity” as defined in your Inspirato Documents. The following Additional Opportunity Rules, Terms, and Conditions apply to the Complimentary Premium Trips Additional Opportunity, which you wish to reserve or have reserved. Unless otherwise modified below, your participation in the Complimentary Premium Trips Additional Opportunity are subject to your Inspirato Documents.  All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings proscribed to them in your Inspirato Documents.

OVERVIEW OF COMPLIMENTARY PREMIUM TRIP TRAVEL

Complimentary Premium Trip travel allows qualifying Inspirato Members invited by Operator the opportunity to book a trip from the Complimentary Premium Trip list at no cost (“Complimentary Premium Trips”), as further described below.

ELIGIBILITY FOR COMPLIMENTARY PREMIUM TRIPS 

Only qualifying Inspirato Members invited by Operator are eligible to book Complimentary Premium Trips. To be eligible to book a Complimentary Premium Trip, Inspirato Members must be in Good Standing at the time of booking and at the time of travel. Complimentary Premium Trips are for personal use only and may not be shared unless the Member is enrolled in Family Sharing or Premium Sharing, or as otherwise permitted by Operator, in Operator’s sole discretion.

RESERVATION BOOKING, MODIFICATION, AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Complimentary Premium Trips have special reservation booking, modification, and cancellation rules:

Complimentary Premium Trips must be booked within one (1) year of activation of the applicable Inspirato Membership.

Complimentary Premium Trips are inclusive of applicable nightly rates, taxes, and fees. Transportation to and from Complimentary Premium Trip destinations, food and beverage, and entertainment expenses are not included.

Complimentary Premium Trips may not be modified in any of the following ways: (a) adding or subtracting nights, (b) changing destination or residence within a destination, or (c) changing an Inspirato Experience or Additional Experience.

A Complimentary Premium Trip may only be cancelled and rebooked one (1) time at least sixty (60) days prior to the first day of the Complimentary Premium Trip Additional Opportunity.

A Complimentary Premium Trip that is cancelled more than one (1) time or less than sixty (60) days prior to the first day of the Complimentary Premium Trip Additional Opportunity will be forfeited in its entirety; no Inspirato Travel Credits or any other form of refund will be issued for a forfeited Complimentary Premium Trip.

 

GENERAL DISCLAIMERS

Complimentary Premium Trip reservations may only be made for the specific dates and accommodations offered on the Complimentary Premium Trip list.

Complimentary Premium Trip reservations may be booked on a first come, first served, space available basis.

Availability of properties is determined by Operator in its sole discretion and may be modified with or without notice.
