Best way to start the day. If you want a twist on the morning jog, we recommend trying a sunrise yoga or Tai Chi class.
Best morning hike. The resort has a hiking trail leading to the top of Heo Mountain, where you'll enjoy panoramic views of Ninh Van Bay. You might spot monkeys along the way.
Best authentic experience. Try the resort's cooking class to learn how to prepare authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Some regular menu items include hand rolls, hot and sour fish soup and seafood simmered in a clay pot. Drinks by the Bay is appropriately named, as you can watch beautiful sunsets each evening from a comfortable daybed. You can't really go wrong choosing from the list of signature cocktails here, but we especially recommend Crossing the Bay: tequila, lime juice, orange juice, honey and crème de cassis.
Best place for a romantic dinner. Book a table in the Wine Cave, where intimate stone walls and ambient lighting create a romantic atmosphere. The dinner of the evening will be a changing four-course menu expertly paired with wines.
