Cancellation policy: Lotte New York Palace upholds a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please arrange cancellations by 12 noon (local time) one day prior to arrival to avoid payment of one night's room and taxes. All refunds will be issued in the form of Travel Credits.
Maximum occupancy: The maximum occupancy of this unit is eight, including accommodations for two on a queen sleeper sofa. One rollaway bed may be requested prior to arrival for a fee of $75 per night (fee is subject to change). Rollaways are subject to hotel availability.
Pet policy: Pets allowed with advance notice, subject to availability, fees, and weight limits.
