Cancellation policy: Reservations canceled less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged for the full reservation cost. Should the guest fail to arrive by 5 a.m. EST on the day after the arrival date of the reservation, the booking will be deemed a no-show. No-show reservations are subject to a penalty of 100% room and tax per reservation. All refunds will be issued in the form of Travel Credits.
Maximum occupancy: Up to two additional guests are permitted over the stated occupancy. One guest will be accommodated on a rollaway bed; one guest will be accommodated on the couch in the living room.
Pet policy: Pets allowed with advance notice, subject to availability, fees, and weight limits.
