• Cancellation policy: Las Ventanas al Paraiso has a unique cancellation policy that varies by length of stay, holidays and how much notice is given prior to canceling. For specific cancellation information regarding your travel dates, please contact your Care team.
• Maximum occupancy: Up to one additional guest can be accommodated over the stated occupancy for an additional fee. If additional guest is 12 years of age and older, there is a charge of $168 per night. If 5-11 years of age, there is a charge of $19 per night. There is no additional charge for children under 5.
• Pet policy: Pets allowed with advance notice, subject to availability, fees, and weight limits.
